 AMOCO % BP Products North America INC, the owner of record herein after described real property; the person in possession of said property, the person in whose name said property is taxed and all judgment holders and creditors, Ree Heights Town, Hand County, and all persons who claim any interest to the within described real property.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the following described real property situated in the County of Hand, State of South Dakota, and to-wit:

          Standard Oil Outlot 1 to Ree Heights, South Dakota, located in the SW1/4 of Section 12, Township 112 North, Range 70, west of the 5^th P.M., Hand County, south Dakota           

Was on the 19th day of December 1997, purchased by the County Treasurer of Hand County, South Dakota, for the sum of $305.96, said sum being the amount of taxes assessed against the real property for the year 1996, not including penalty, interest and costs of sale, a certificate of tax sale dated the 19th day of December, 1997, was duly issued by said County Treasurer to said County and that said County is now the legal owner and holder of said certificate of tax sale.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, That the right of redeeming said real property from the tax sale will expire sixty days from the date of the completed service of this notice, and that unless redemption is made from said tax sale within said time, a tax deed will be made and issued by the County Treasurer of the County of Hand, State of South Dakota, to said County of Hand, State of South Dakota, covering the above-described property.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the following described real property situated in the County of Hand, State of South Dakota, and to-wit:

       Lots 7-9 incl Block 11 Porter & Driver’s 1^st Addition & vacated alley Saint Lawrence Town            

Was on the 21st day of December 2020, purchased by the County Treasurer of Hand County, South Dakota, for the sum of $371.55, said sum being the amount of taxes assessed against the real property for the year 2019, not including penalty, interest and costs of sale, a certificate of tax sale dated the 21st day of December, 2020, was duly issued by said County Treasurer to said County and that said County is now the legal owner and holder of said certificate of tax sale.
