The following reports are provided to the Hand County Board of County Commissioners. Presently, the county owns the land on which the Hand County Memorial Hospital Inc. and Avera Hand County Hospital & Clinic sits. There is also a financial funding agreement in place to providing a funding mechanism for the hospital to pay for their infrastructure buildout. The county commission has no role in operations of the facilities listed above. The commission’s only financial focus is on hosting the operations within.
